Disputes, Choice of Law and Venue: Any disputes with regards to Sprocket Roasters shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales without regard to any conflict of law rules. The venue of any dispute shall be in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of New South Wales. By using Sprocket Roasters you agree that our product is deemed purchased and issued from the state of New South Wales.
