What coffee products do you sell at Sprocket Roasters?
Our coffee products cover every category a coffee drinker needs, from house blends and rotating single origins through to fair trade organic, Swiss Water decaf, cold brew and barista equipment. You can also pick up gift hampers, reusable cups and our Newcastle Coffee School vouchers from this collection. Browse the full coffee products list on this page to see everything we currently roast and stock.
How fresh are your coffee beans when they arrive?
All beans are roasted to order and shipped within a few days of roasting. We recommend using your coffee within four to six weeks of the roast date for the best flavour, and you will find the roast date printed on every bag.
Do you offer coffee shop products wholesale?
Yes. We supply coffee shop products wholesale to cafés, restaurants, offices and hospitality venues across Australia. Our wholesale service covers the full range of coffee shop products - beans, takeaway cups, brewing equipment, tea, chai and hot chocolate - with competitive coffee shop products and prices, scheduled deliveries, equipment support and barista training. You can submit a wholesale enquiry through our Wholesale page or email info@sprocketroasters.com.au.
Can I choose how my coffee is ground?
Absolutely. When you add any bag to your cart you can select from grind options including whole bean, espresso (home or commercial), stovetop, French press, Aeropress, pourover, paper filter, Chemex and cold brew. If you need a grind that is not listed, just drop us a note at checkout and we will sort it for you.
Do you deliver coffee across Australia?
Yes, we ship all coffee products Australia-wide. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, and bean orders over $200 also qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. Wholesale customers can request a full coffee shop products list with delivery options for their venue. Local customers in Newcastle can also use Click & Collect from our Lambton roastery.
