Hario Ceramic Dripper 02 (1-4 Cup)
Ceramic Matte Black
24 Wyong Rd
What's special about the V60 design? Hario is renown for this 60 degree angled design with the large hole in the middle and spiral ridges around the edges. It's this combination that produces a remarkable brew! The V60 ceramic dripper and Hario paper filters (#02) is all you need to enjoy a perfect cup of pour over style coffee.
To achieve the best flavour, wet the paper filter first, add the coffee grounds (medium grind) and pour in a circular motion, over the freshly ground coffee. A gooseneck kettle is recommended for accuracy and control. This 02 size dripper yields 1-4 cups. Included in the box is a "how to brew" manual and free measuring spoon.
The full Hario V60 range is available in various sizes 01, 02 and 03 and in a variety of finishes from plastic, ceramic, glass, copper and the new elegant glass & olive wood series.
The Hario V60 filter papers have been designed to remove unnecessary oils from your brew. The Hario Filter paper range is available in 3 different sizes, allowing you to match the filter size to the Hario V60 dripper that you are using.

Brew Guide
The grinder you use, coffee you choose, and yes, even the water from your sink, can alter the taste in the cup. Every machine is different, so you'll want to think of these parameters more as guidelines than law.

CARBON CONSCIOUS ROASTING
Creating a roaster that is fuelled on bioenergy is a world first in the coffee roasting industry, and is something we are very proud of here at Sprocket. This advancement in roasting technology means end of life products like spent coffee grinds, along with a wide range of other organic material that usually ends up in landfill, are turned into fuel to power the roaster. Coffee magic?! Most certainly ... coupled with sound engineering and a whole lot of TLC in every small batch we roast.
